The Klamann Law Firm has been involved in several class action cases against insurance companies. For example, Mr. Klamann was class counsel in the North River Insurance Litigation involving coverage issues for accounting malpractice in securities claims. He was also class counsel in the Aks v. Southgate coverage litigation involving policy interpretation for REIT fraud. Mr. Klamann was a member of a national team of plaintiffs’ attorneys in the Ireton v. American Family vanishing premiums class action in Wisconsin involving approximately 500,000 class members. Mr. Klamann was also plaintiffs’ counsel in the complex consolidated case of Drisko Fee, et al. v. First Health involving physician PPO reimbursement rates. He is currently retained in a regional class action against Coventry Insurance involving restraint of trade claims in the health insurance industry.
